CHICKEN LIVER and GIZZARDS with POTATO & OYSTER SAUCE
how to cook chicken liver and gizzards with potato and oyster sauce ingredients: 1 kg. chicken liver and gizzards 4 medium potato - cut into cubes (you can add also carrots if you want) 2 pcs. - green chili or green bell pepper (slice) 1 medium onion - slice thinly 3 cloves garlic - minced 1 tbs. grated ginger 1 sachet of oyster sauce or 3-4 tbs. 1/2 tsp. - ground black pepper 1/2 cup - soy sauce 2 1/2 tbs - cooking oil 2 cups - water Procedure : 1.) Put cooking oil in a wok, followed by ginger, onions and garlic.. 2.) next put the chicken liver and gizzards, ground black pepper, mix well and cover. (wait for liver and gizzards to cook). 3.) check from time to time if the liver and gizzards already cook. 4.) if the liver and gizzards already cooked. put the oyster sauce and soy sauce, and the potato mix them well and add 2 cups of water then simmer for few minutes for the potato to cook. 5.) after few minutes when potato is tender put the green chili or green bell
