How to cook Tahong or Mussels in simple way!
Ingredients:
1 kg. Tahong or Mussels
1 tbsp. Ginger minced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp. Cooking oil
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt &
little amount of msg. (optional)
1 pc. Chilli or green pepper
Procedure:
1.) put 1 tbsp cooking oil in a wok/pan
2,) put 1tbsp. ginger minced & 3 cloves of garlic minced
3.) next put 1kg. Tahong or Mussels
4.) add 1 or 2 cups water, salt, pepper to taste plus (msg) optional if u just want it
5.) wait until water is boiling then put 1 pc. Green chilli or green pepper
6.) boil again for more or less 1 minute
7.) done.
8.) chao Time..! Chibog Time!
