BINALAY is one of the authentic Filipino kakanin from Isabela. It is made  of glutinous rice and panocha or muscovado (alternative). Since Binalay is the favorite of my 3  nephews. I am making 5 kgs. of glutinous rice. Please see below other ingredients needed: Ingredients and materials needed : 5 kls. - glutinous rice powder 2.5 cups water - for every 1 kg. of glutinous rice powder 1 liter - pure coconut milk 2-3 cups water - for dissolving muscovado powder 2 packs - muscovado powder 7 bundles - banana leaves 1.5 liters - water for binalay cooking Procedure : 1.)
