how to cook BINALAY of Isabela Province

BINALAY is one of the authentic Filipino kakanin from Isabela. It is made  of glutinous rice and panocha or muscovado (alternative). Since Binalay is the favorite of my 3  nephews. I am making 5 kgs. of glutinous rice. Please see below other ingredients needed: Ingredients and materials needed : 5 kls. - glutinous rice powder 2.5 cups water - for every 1 kg. of glutinous rice powder 1 liter - pure coconut milk 2-3 cups water - for dissolving muscovado powder 2 packs - muscovado powder 7 bundles - banana leaves 1.5 liters - water for binalay cooking Procedure : 1.) Pass all the banana leaves over the flame, wipe very well and set aside. 2.) Put 1 kg. glutinous rice powder in a bowl. add 2.5 cups of water and mix thoroughly. 3.) Crispy Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients: 1 kg. - chicken wings 1 pack - crispy fry spicy breading mix 2 cups - cooking oil (for frying) Ketchup/Mang Tomas All  Around Sarsa (for dippings) Procedure: 1.)  Clean the chicken wings   very well and cut into serving pieces (drain and set aside). 2.)  In a mixing bowl/plate. Pour 1 sachet of crispy fry breading mix into chicken wings,       mix all  thoroughly make sure the chicken wings are well coated with the breading mix. 3.) In a wok/pan. Pour 2 cups or more cooking oil. Then fry the chicken wings,  wait until       the chicken  wings turn golden brown in color. 4.) After frying.  Transfer all fried chicken wings to a serving plate with ketchup and       Mang Tomas  All Around Sarsa for dipping or chicken gravy (your choice). 5.) Serve! How to cook Pork Chop ( Pork Bistek ) Ingredients: 1 kg. - Pork Chop 1/2 cup - soy sauce 5 tbs. - Calamansi juice or Lime Juice 4 cloves - minced garlic 1/2 cup - cooking oil (for frying) 2 - medium onions (sliced) 1-2 cups - water 1 1/2 tbs. - sugar 1/2 tsp. - salt (if needed) 1/2 tsp. - ground black pepper Preparation and Cooking Procedure: 1.)  Combine Pork Chops, soy sauce, calamansi juice or lime juice and minced garlic in a bowl or        container. Marinade for about an hour. 2.)  Heat a wok/pan, and pour the cooking oil. 3.)  Pan-fry the marinated pork chops for about 1-2 minutes each side. 4.)  After frying remove the excess oil. Put it back the fried pork chops, pour-in the marinade sauce and       add 1-2   cups   water and let it boil. 5.)  When boiling add ground black pepper, sugar and salt if it's needed. a cold dish consisting of various types of small or cut-up fruit, usually served as a dessert or first course FRUIT SALAD (EASY RECIPE) Ingredients: 2 big cans - Fruit Cocktail 4 cans - Kremdensada (combination of condensed milk and nestle cream in 1 can) 2 bottles - Nata de Coco (u can add more if u want  and kaong) 2 pcs. - fresh apple (cut into small cubes) 3 pcs. - Buko (young coconut) 1 pc. - Eden Cheese (sliced into small cubes) Preparations: 1.)  Drain the juice of the fruit cocktail and transfer the drained canned fruits in a mixing        bowl/container. 2.)  While draining the fruit cocktail, open the young coconut, drain the juice, scraped it       and add to  the fruit in the mixing bowl.  3.) Combined all together with the fresh cut apple cubes, nata de coco and the       Kremdensada.  Mix lightly and thoroughly. 4.) Lastly, add the small cubes and mixed . 5.)  Refrigerate. 6.)  Serve..!
