How to cook Pork Chop (Pork Bistek)
Ingredients:
1 kg. - Pork Chop
1/2 cup - soy sauce
5 tbs. - Calamansi juice
or Lime Juice
4 cloves - minced garlic
1/2 cup - cooking oil (for
frying)
2 - medium onions (sliced)
1-2 cups - water
1 1/2 tbs. - sugar
1/2 tsp. - salt (if needed)
1/2 tsp. - ground black
pepper
Preparation and Cooking Procedure:
1.) Combine Pork Chops, soy
sauce, calamansi juice or lime juice and minced garlic in a bowl or
container.
Marinade for about an hour.
2.) Heat a wok/pan, and pour
the cooking oil.
3.) Pan-fry the marinated pork chops for about 1-2
minutes each side.
4.) After frying remove the
excess oil. Put it back the fried pork chops, pour-in the marinade sauce and
add 1-2 cups water and let it boil.
5.) When boiling add ground black pepper, sugar and
salt if it's needed. Simmer for about 45 minutes or
until the Pork Chop become
tender.
6.) Add the onions and cook for another 3 minutes or
more.
7.) Turn-off the heat and transfer to a serving bowl/plate.
8.) Serve and Share..! ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
