Easy Pork Meatballs Recipe
How to cook Meat Balls
Ingredients :
·
1/2 kg. - ground pork
·
3 pcs. - egg
·
1/2 cup - chopped scallions
·
1/2 cup - chopped onions
·
1 pc. - red bell pepper
·
3 cloves - garlic minced.
·
1/2 tsp. - flavor mix (optional)
·
1 tsp. - ground black pepper
·
1/2 cup - flour
other ingredients:
·
1 pc. - medium onion chopped
·
pinched of salt to taste
·
2 tbs. - dissolved flour
·
1 cup - water
·
cooking oil - for sautéing and frying
·
2 cups of bread crumbs

Procedure:
1.) In a mixing bowl , combine ground pork , egg,
salt, flavor mix (msg. optional), ground black pepper, scallions,
chopped onions and flour. Mix thoroughly.
2.) Scoop about 1 or 2 tablespoons of mixture and
form into a ball, roll in bread crumbs. Set aside.
3.) Heat the frying pan. Pour enough amount of
cooking oil.
4.) When the oil is hot enough. Pan Fry the ball
mixture until it turns brown in color.
5.) Once done frying. put off the heat and place the
fried meat balls into serving plate. Set aside.
6.) Heat a separate cooking pot/wok. Pour about 2 tablespoon of cooking oil.
7.) Sauté onions and garlic. Add the 2 tablespoon
dissolved flour, flavor mix or salt,
mix
thoroughly and simmer for a minute or less.
8.) Add red bell pepper followed by the fried meat
balls.
9.) Mix thoroughly and simmer again for a minute.
10.) Turn off the heat and transfer to the serving bowl/plate.
11.) Serve, Share and enjoy...!
