Miki Bihon - (How to cook Miki Bihon)
Ingredients:
1/4 kg. pork meat cut thinly
1/2 kg. bihon
1/2 or 1 kg. miki
1/2 cup of oyster sauce or 2 pcs. sachet (php5/each)
1 cup of soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper or 2 pcs (sachet)
2 liters of water
2 medium size carrots slice thinly stripes
1/2 cup of celery chop thinly
1 or 2 pcs. green chili
(optional) cabbage, bagio beans,red & green bell pepper (chop thinly)
