Ingredients:
1 kg. Chicken
1 kg. pork belly or Liempo cut into cubes
2 pcs. Oyster Sauce sachet or 1/2 cup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 siling haba
4 cloves garlic minced
1-2 tbs. Ginger chopped thinly
Cooking oil
