Bicol Express Recipe

Bicol Express  is simply authentic, delicious and a comfort food. It's a Filipino dish, with pork slices cooked in coconut milk and chili peppers. Rich, creamy, spicy and yummy!.. Ingredients needed: 1 kg. - pork (slice or cut into cubes) 1 medium - chopped onion 3 cloves - garlic minced 1/2 tsp. - ground black pepper 3 pcs - chopped green chili 2 pcs. - chopped siling labuyo/hot pepper 1 pouch - ginataang gulay mix / 1.5 cup coconut milk 1 pc. - green chili or siling haba(whole) additional 2 1/2 cup - water 2-3 tbsp. - cooking oil Procedure: 1.) Heat the pan/pot/wok and pour the cooking oil. 2.) Saute onion and garlic. 3.) Add the pork, ground black pepper, mix and continue cooking until the pork turn light brown in color. 4.) Add the water, stir and wait until the pork become tender. (if you're using coconut powdered milk. While Waiting!.. dissolve the coconut powdered milk into 1/2 cup of warm water. Set aside. 5

Papaitan Ni Tyong

Papaitan or Pinapaitan ni Tyong Basic Ingredients: 1.5 kg. - beef/carabao innards (liver, intestines, pancreas, heart, kidney, meat and tripe) 2 tbsp. - cooking oil 3 cloves - garlic 1 tbsp. - ginger sliced 1 medium onion - sliced 2-3 tbsp. - vinegar 1 tbsp. - ground black pepper 2 pcs - green chili 3-4 - tbsp. - chopped spring onions (garnish) 1.5 liters - water 2-3 tbsp. - salt 1/2 tsp. msg.(optional) or 1 pc. Beef Knorr Cubes 2-3 tbsp. - bile (optional) in this case we don't put bile (as per request by my guest)                  Bile will be put at the end while boiling,  pour a 1-2 tbsp. or more it depends                  according to your taste. Green Papaya and Pork Curry

Ingredients: 1/2 kg. - Pork Liempo or Pork Belly (cut into cubes) 1 small green gapaya - sliced 1 medium onion - chopped 3 cloves garlic - minced 1/2 tsp. - ground black pepper 1 pinced - msg. (optional) or 1 pc. pork knorr cubes 1-2 pcs. - green chili 1 1/2 cup - coconut milk 2 tbs. - curry powder Watch video here: Procedure: 1.) Saute onions, garlic with pork. 2.) Add Ground Black Pepper and mix. Cover and wait for Pork to turn brown. 3.) Add Coconut Milk followed by Dissolved Curry Mix Powder. 4.) Mix thoroughly, add Salt to taste, msg. (optional) or Pork Knorr Cubes. Bring to a boil. 5.) When it's boiling add Green Sliced Papaya. 6.) Simmer and wait until Green Sliced Papaya is tender. 7.)
