Pork Chop (Pork Bistek)

How to cook Pork Chop ( Pork Bistek ) Ingredients: 1 kg. - Pork Chop 1/2 cup - soy sauce 5 tbs. - Calamansi juice or Lime Juice 4 cloves - minced garlic 1/2 cup - cooking oil (for frying) 2 - medium onions (sliced) 1-2 cups - water 1 1/2 tbs. - sugar 1/2 tsp. - salt (if needed) 1/2 tsp. - ground black pepper Preparation and Cooking Procedure: 1.)  Combine Pork Chops, soy sauce, calamansi juice or lime juice and minced garlic in a bowl or        container. Marinade for about an hour. 2.)  Heat a wok/pan, and pour the cooking oil. 3.)  Pan-fry the marinated pork chops for about 1-2 minutes each side. 4.)  After frying remove the excess oil. Put it back the fried pork chops, pour-in the marinade sauce and       add 1-2   cups   water and let it boil. 5.)  When boiling add ground black pepper, sugar and salt if it's needed.
