How to Cook GINISANG PECHAY with CHICKEN and OYSTER SAUCE Ingredients: 1/2 kg. Chicken 1/2 kg. Pechay - chopped thinly 1/2 cup of Oyster Sauce or 2 pcs sachet 1/2 tsp. Of Ground Black Pepper 2 tbsp. Of cooking oil 2 cups of water 1 medium size of onions 1 tbsp. Of grind ginger Pinched of salt - (optional)
