Crispy Fried Chicken Wings


Ingredients:

1 kg. - chicken wings
1 pack - crispy fry spicy breading mix
2 cups - cooking oil (for frying)
Ketchup/Mang Tomas All  Around Sarsa (for dippings)

Procedure:

1.) Clean the chicken wings  very well and cut into serving pieces (drain and set aside).

2.) In a mixing bowl/plate. Pour 1 sachet of crispy fry breading mix into chicken wings, 
     mix all thoroughly make sure the chicken wings are well coated with the breading mix.

3.) In a wok/pan. Pour 2 cups or more cooking oil. Then fry the chicken wings,  wait until 
     the chicken wings turn golden brown in color.

4.) After frying.  Transfer all fried chicken wings to a serving plate with ketchup and 
     Mang Tomas All Around Sarsa for dipping or chicken gravy (your choice).

5.) Serve! Share and Enjoy!..
